Est. 1897 · Târnave Valley, Transilvania · Vol. I
Feruccio Vin de Domeniu · Bottled by the family
Seven vintages a year, from fourteen hectares. Every bottle grown, pressed, aged and labeled within forty meters of where it was born.
A slope, a river,
an old assumption.
The Târnave valley has grown wine since before it grew Romania. Our fourteen hectares are on the south-facing slope above the Mureș, on marl and clay, at four hundred meters. We are cool, later than most, and quieter.
